These terms are an agreement between you and CardFlow (ABN 21 417 193 486). By making an account or using CardFlow you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use CardFlow.
CardFlow helps you photograph trading cards, make listing images, write posts for Facebook and other places, keep a Vault of your cards, and record sales, buyers and postage. CardFlow doesn't sell cards, take payments from your buyers, post anything for you or take part in your sales. Any sale is between you and your buyer.
CardFlow isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Meta (Facebook), eBay, TCGplayer, Collectr, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Konami or any other card company. Card and game names belong to their owners and are used only to describe cards.
The Free plan includes a Vault of up to 25 cards and one grid page. Your cards are saved on your device only. We can change what's included in Free, and we'll give notice before we remove a feature you use.
When an account moves to Free, cards already on your device stay there. Cards saved in your account are kept but stop syncing, and come back if you return to Pro. Free limits apply to anything new. Use Back up Vault to keep a full copy.
Your photos, card details, posts, sales records and buyer details ("your content") belong to you. You let us store, copy and display your content only so that we can run CardFlow for you, for example to sync it between your devices and make your listing images. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you add, and that the buyer details you record were given to you for the sale. See Information about your buyers.
Please don't use CardFlow to:
If you do, we may suspend or close your account. We'll tell you why, unless the law stops us.
Card search uses public card databases. Names, sets, numbers and rarities can be missing or wrong, especially for new sets and special versions such as alternate arts. Always check the details against the card in your hand before you list it.
Links to Collectr, eBay sold listings and TCGplayer open other websites. We don't control them, and the prices there are a guide only. You set your own prices.
We work to keep CardFlow running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever shut CardFlow down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can back up your Vault, and refund any Pro time you've paid for but can't use.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for:
You can stop using CardFlow at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, cancel Pro, then email coastaltechhelp@gmail.com from your account's email address.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, email you or show a notice in CardFlow before they take effect. If you keep using CardFlow after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts can hear any dispute about them.
